Add sauce of:
tomato paste,
sherry,
chicken stock powder,
½ cup water
parmesan cheese.
Pour over meat and simmer till thickens. Add squeeze lemon juice at serving.
Cut chicken or veal into small bits (hammer
if want) and put into plastic bag to coat with flour mixture of plain flour,
oregano, salt, pepper and ground coriander.
Fry coated meat in butter or oil in fry
pan. Add chopped shallots and garlic.
