uncooked macaroni
2 oz
margarine
1 finely
chopped onion

tablespoon plain flour
salt
pepper
cayenne
¼
teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups
milk
1
tablespoon sherry
1 egg
1 ½ cups
shredded cheese
Method
Cook macaroni until tender and drain. Melt
margarine and fry onions until soft but not browned.
Add flour and seasonings; gradually add
milk and sherry stirring well until boiling. Pour into casserole and sprinkle
with cheese and bake 20-3- minutes.
